Serving families throughout New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
Based in Somersworth, NH. I support births within approximately one hour of the area, including deliveries at:
• Wentworth-Douglass Hospital
• Portsmouth Regional Hospital
• Home births throughout the region
Every family is different, which means every support journey is different too. Support may look like practicing comfort measures during pregnancy.
It may look like counter pressure during labor.
It may look like helping you advocate for yourself during important conversations.
It may look like protecting your golden hour after birth.
It may look like folding laundry while you shower, holding your baby while you nap, or making you a warm meal during postpartum recovery.
Whatever season you’re in, my goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and cared for.
Families hire doulas for many different reasons, but at the heart of it all is support! Some families hire a doula because they want someone knowledgeable to answer their questions throughout pregnancy.
Some want a calm and reassuring presence during labor. They want help understanding their options and making informed decisions. Others want their partner to feel supported and involved during the birth experience.
Some want extra hands and encouragement during those first few weeks after baby arrives.
Others simply want someone in their corner who will listen, support them without judgment, and remind them that they are not alone.
A doula does not replace your medical team. Instead, a doula complements your care by providing continuous emotional, physical, and educational support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, medicated birth, unmedicated birth, cesarean birth, or are simply looking for postpartum support, a doula can help you feel more prepared, confident, and supported every step of the way.
When you hire me as your doula you can expect compassionate, personalized support tailored to your family’s unique needs.
During pregnancy, we’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your hopes and concerns, exploring your options, and preparing for birth and postpartum. You’ll have access to me by text and email whenever questions arise.
When labor begins, I’ll be there to provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support. This may include comfort measures, position changes, breathing techniques, encouragement, helping your partner feel involved, and supporting you as you navigate decisions throughout your birth experience.
After your baby arrives, my support doesn’t end. I’ll remain with you during the immediate postpartum period to help protect your golden hour, support feeding, assist with recovery, and ensure you feel cared for as you begin this new chapter.
During postpartum visits, I can help with newborn care, feeding support, meal preparation, light household tasks, sibling support, postpartum recovery, and answering the many questions that can come with welcoming a new baby.
My goal is simple. To help you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My journey into birth work didn’t begin with a certification it began with lived experience.
Like many parents I experienced firsthand how deeply pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can impact a family. I struggled with postpartum rage and witnessed the devastating effects of maternal mental health challenges when I lost my best friend to postpartum psychosis. Those experiences changed me forever and became the driving force behind the work I do today.
I became a doula because I believe no parent should feel alone during pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period. Every family deserves support, education, and someone in their corner who will listen without judgment.
Today, I provide compassionate support to families choosing hospital births, home births, medicated births, unmedicated births, cesarean births, and everything in between. My goal is never to push an agenda. My goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and supported in whatever choices are right for your family.
I am trained through DONA International and hold certifications in the following areas:
• Breastfeeding for Professionals
• Engaging in Grief and Loss Support
• Maternal Newborn Nursing Postpartum
• Maternal Newborn Nursing Pain Management During Labor and Birth
• Black Brilliance A Culturally Responsive Anti Racism Doula Training
